Leadership & Team Building Experiences

Volunteer in Africa on one of our amazing programmes!

Our Leadership and Team Building Experiences empower students not only to find courage in themselves but also to find strength in their classmates.

Students take on the challenges of the wilderness guided by our experienced, fully qualified staff members. Outdoor education compels students to learn by trial and error as they problem solve their way to success. Students are prompted to reflect on the strategy, skills and values learned on our courses that they will then be able to apply as they take on the challenge of becoming young adults.

Our Bush Leadership & Team Building programmes can incorporate some or all of the following activities. If you don’t see something, please just ask!

Life Skills & Team Building Activities
Orienteering and navigation
Hiking
Overnight wilderness treks
Camping
Astronomy
Bush survival skills
Basic first aid
Kayaking and rafting
Fishing
Scavenger hunts
Ropes courses
Rock climbing and abseiling (rappelling)
Cultural drumming

James G UK We chose this programme because it allowed us to bring our four children aged 8-12, enabling us to volunteer as a family. We stayed in a beautiful cottage with plenty of space and a lovely garden and the food was great - roast beef and yorkshire pudding was a highlight for me! On the old maps of...
